Before you go further, make sure you have the correct tire size for your tyres, you can find this by using our simple registration search. Don't worry if you requested a quote with the wrong size – simply start a new search with the correct information.
Already ordered the wrong size? Contact us ASAP! We might still be able to swap the tyres before they are shipped. Remember, you are responsible for ensuring the correct size is ordered.
Incorrect size upon delivery? Our technicians can't install tyres that don't fit. To avoid a call-out charge, please double-check your order and contact us if there's an issue.
The Tyre brand I want isn't listed, what can I do?

Can I change my fitting time and location?
Yes, you can change the fitting location of your existing booking. Call the team immediately to make any changes to your booking at least one day prior to your fitting date, if the new location sits within our area then we will change the booking.
Do you keep any of my information stored?

On rare occasions, tyre manufacturers have recalls on products and we are required by law to use retained details to contact customers in such an event. We do not share any other information with any third party unless you have explicitly consented.
