How it works

Payment Assist offers interest-free monthly installment plans for vehicle repairs, servicing, and accessories.

What is Payment Assist?

Payment Assist are a payment plan provider, offering to help spread the cost interest-free and fee-free. This helps to ease the upfront cost by allowing you to pay a deposit on the day.

How do the payments work?

You will pay a deposit of 25% of the total bill via your debit card on the day, followed by three more equal monthly payments from the debit card.

 

Where's the catch?

There genuinely isn’t one. Quite simply, rather than incurring the cost of borrowing money from other sources, use Payment Assist and pay now interest or fees on the funds you need, providing your payments are made in line with the payment plan.

 

Do you carry out a check on my personal credit file?

We simply check that your card has adequate funds to pay the 25% deposit and the address registered to your debit card, but no ‘footprint’ is left on your credit status and this online check takes seconds. In some circumstances we may need to carry out a full credit check, where we will as for your permission before this takes place.

What if I order the wrong tyre size?

Before you go further, make sure you have the correct tire size for your tyres, you can find this by using our simple registration search. Don't worry if you requested a quote with the wrong size – simply start a new search with the correct information.

Already ordered the wrong size? Contact us ASAP! We might still be able to swap the tyres before they are shipped. Remember, you are responsible for ensuring the correct size is ordered.

Incorrect size upon delivery? Our technicians can't install tyres that don't fit. To avoid a call-out charge, please double-check your order and contact us if there's an issue.

The Tyre brand I want isn't listed, what can I do?

Call our experts and we will do our best to supply your preferred brand. On the rare occasion where this is not available, our experts will recommend an alternative.

When can my order be completed?
Once your order is confirmed, one of our experts will ring you and confirm the details. They will arrange a convenient time and place of fitting.

Are my tyres fully guaranteed?

Drive with peace of mind knowing all our tyres are brand new and backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranties. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring you get the quality and performance you deserve. However, please note that accidental damage, including punctures, falls outside the scope of the warranty.

Can I change my fitting time and location?

Yes, you can change the fitting location of your existing booking. Call the team immediately to make any changes to your booking at least one day prior to your fitting date, if the new location sits within our area then we will change the booking.

Do you keep any of my information stored?

For safety purposes we collect information about your vehicle and your contact details. On rare occasions, tyre manufacturers have recalls on products and we are required by law to use retained details to contact customers in such an event. We do not share any other information with any third party unless you have explicitly consented.

What are your fitting times
We fit Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm

What is your cancelation policy
You can cancel up to the day prior to your booking without incurring a charge. Our on the day cancellation fee is £40.
